About me

I am an Integrative Counsellor, and a Clinical Hypnotherapist. I use skills and techniques from several different counselling and hypnotherapy approaches. I adapt the way I work to your individual needs. At all times, the heart of the way I work is to build a relationship of trust and respect with my clients, so that they feel safe to explore the issues and difficulties they face.

As well as being a counsellor and hypnotherapist, I have worked in schools for many years supporting students with learning difficulties, as well as being a mentor for both students and staff. I now share my time between London and Poulton Le Fylde in Lancashire, and I work from home in both places, in calm, comfortable rooms where you can talk in confidence.

I believe passionately that we all have the ability to be the best we can be and make good choices for ourselves along life’s journey. Sometimes experiences come across our path which can hold us back, such as traumatic events, difficult relationships or pressures at work, and we can feel lost and out of touch with our true feelings. I can help you reconnect with your inner self and find your own ways to move forward again.

I am fully qualified and insured with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, and a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma.  I am a registered member of the BACP and the NCH, and I adhere to their ethical frameworks for good practice. I also have an enhanced DBS certificate, number: 001572906623
